Andrew Hauser MS, L/AT, RSCC, PRT. He has worked in a variety of roles in his 14 years of experience as an athletic trainer and strength coach, with his most recent role being the Director of Performance Rehab with the Los Angeles Dodgers during which time he was a part of their 2020 World Series team. Andrew's passions lie in both the strength and medical aspects of sport, but also in professional development and education. Prior to moving to L.A., he served as the Director of Health & Performance for the Atlanta Braves where he oversaw medical and strength staff and was able to integrate departments both in the Major League and Minor Leagues all while continuing to develop and refine his and his colleagues' skills. Andrew's experience in sport extends beyond baseball. He has worked with a number of athletes in the NFL, NHL, MLS and track/field and has become a sought-after consultant and public speaker for professionals and athletes nation-wide.

Michael Watts (MSc, PBC, CSCS, NASM: PES, CES, CPT) started his career within the health and fitness industry in 2002 as a personal trainer and in 2006 transitioned into full time roles as Head of Performance with a number of professional soccer organizations at the highest level across youth, senior, male and female formats of the sport, including lead performance roles at English Premier League Clubs and at the National Team level for China and England.
In 2017 Michael continued his career and education as a High Performance Director working with Olympic Athletes and World Champions across a number of different sports including Judo, Basketball, Boxing, Track and Field, Running, Speed Skating and CrossFit.
Michael’s education reflects his holistic approach with a Masters Degree in sport and exercise science and a post graduate degree in Sport Performance and Integrated Nutrition. One key pillar of Michael’s Human Performance system methodology is the assessment and application of breath work. Michael takes an evidenced based approach to optimizing performance and accelerate recovery through scientifically based principles on respiratory physiology.
