Before first use

1. Fill with boiling water
2. Let sit for at least 2 minutes
3. Drain and then follow the below instructions

 After every use

1. Rinse with cold water
2. Put at least antibacterial cleaning agent e.g antiseptic mouthwash, denture cleaner into the bag and leave for 10-30 minutes
3. Add approximately 3 cups of cold water and shake 
4. Then rinse with cold water
5. Hang upside down and leave to dry completely 

Device and Mouthpiece Care and Use

1. Rinse thoroughly
2. Soak in antibacterial cleaning agent e.g antiseptic mouthwash, denture cleaner for at least 10-30 minutes
3. Rinse thoroughly with cold water
4. And leave to dry completely
